With pastoral views of Wills Park and minutes from the bustling revitalized urban Alpharetta City Center, Village Park Milton draws inspiration from the farmhouse vernacular of the region and is raising the standard for senior living. Blending contemporary lines with organic materials results in a community where residents can gracefully age-in-place.
Village Park Milton, located across from Wills Park, is an extension of its natural surroundings. The community is inspired by the industrial farmhouse vernacular of the region and is infused with the local contemporary urban aesthetic. Materials and patterns typical of traditional style have been repurposed into forms that express todays influences while maintaining a familiarity that helps balance the transition. Maximizing the picturesque views and embracing the local-culture and adjacencies to outdoor health and wellness venues was the projects biggest challenge.
Also, an important challenge for the design team was to elevate the senior living experience with an amenity-rich hospitality environment, while allowing the Residents to gracefully age-in-place. All designed to maximize the views, varied opportunities for dining and entertainment include Coffee Bar, Chef-Led Bistro and Formal Dining Venue with an enclosed Terrace, all offering both indoor and al-fresco experiences. Entertainment and activities abound in a broad variety from the Great Hall, Family Lounge, Movie Theater, Art Room, Fitness and Rehabilitation Center, Juice Bar, Clubroom, Full-Service Salon, Library and Function Room with open-air Terraces which engage the natural environment. Maintenance-free, with concierge services, many of the Resident Units and amenities surround a beautifully appointed internal courtyard with covered outdoor pool, firepit and locker rooms offering additional refreshing health and wellness options.
